In fact, after going through our franchise evaluation process, most of our clients end up investing in a different franchise than the one that first caught their eye. In addition to food and retail concepts, there are service franchises that don't require a brick and mortar location and even home-based businesses you can work remotely from anywhere you have internet access.
Much like a realtor assists you with purchasing a home or property, we help you determine what your needs and wants are and how much you can invest. Then we identify the franchise opportunities that match that criteria and assist you through the process of evaluating the ones that interest you.

ENTITY FORMATION
Forming an LLC or S-corp can be a complicated process with a number of steps and deadlines. For example, there are certain words or phrases that must be included in your business name, and others that must not. Some states require you to publish a notice of the formation of your LLC in multiple newspapers in your county for an established period of time. That’s a lot to keep track of.
